Abstract

The article explores the problem of teacher-parent interaction: features and weaknesses identified. The existing proposals in the field of informatization in modern education both in Ukraine and abroad are analyzed, their shortcomings are established. Moodle and MobiReg systems are explored. It is established that the existing systems lack the following functions: tracking of completed exercises and materials used during the lesson, the possibility of providing additional materials for advanced study or exercises for those who want to study the material better, the ability to reuse the above materials in the preparation of lessons in other classes, Instantly informing parents of a student's success with the ability to set a student's target success, with the ability to receive special warnings if for some reason the student has been unhappy Well estimate or missed classes. Based on the results obtained, a system functionality is proposed to improve existing systems. The necessary calculations for the implementation of this system have been made, the required backend and frontend have been identified and described. The BackEnd will be responsible for authorizing, storing, processing and sending notifications, and FrontEnd will conveniently provide all necessary information to parents and teachers. The advantages of the proposed system are established. The system optimizes the interaction between teachers and parents by informing this process and utilizing effective functionality. The proposed school-wide system will allow teachers to save each lesson plan, enter homework, and additional tasks that can be done to better learn the lesson material. Parents, in turn, will be able to set a goal for the student and receive information on how to accomplish it. The system can also be used to maintain school records and automatically generate required reports. This will minimize all the teacher-related reporting work.
