Abstract
The rating of personnel policies of «Kyivstar» has been carried out. The peculiarities of the formation of "Kyivstar" personnel reserve are defined. The model of complexity evaluation of the specialists of «Kyivstar» is developed. Ways and methods of motivation of employees of «Kyivstar» are offered. The existence of an effective system of motivation will help to improve productivity of personnel, which influence the general efficiency of work of сompany.
