STRATEGY OF PROVIDING COMPETITIVE EXPERIENCES FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM TELECOMMUNICATION ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The role and value of the small and medium enterprises in national economy and activity of telecommunication sphere is considered. The basic problems of development of the small and medium telecommunication enterprises in the conditions of a competition among themselves and with the large enterprises are defined. The approach to formation of strategy of maintenance of competitive advantages of the small and medium telecommunication enterprises which is based on potential development on the most priority components is offered. To these components are carried: market, intellectual, technological, investment, administrative and integration potential. The positive effect from increase of competitiveness of the small and medium enterprises for the enterprises, consumers and the state as a whole is defined.
