Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of personnel policy, taking into account modern market conditions and the manifestation of effective work of employees in the organization in order to increase their efficiency and competitiveness. The main concept of personnel policy in the organization is considered, where emphasis is placed on the interrelationship of all labor resources during effective work with the use of initiative by employees, a comprehensive approach to work tasks and their level of qualification. The relevance of the research topic is determined by the special conditions of the labor market. Personnel has always been the most important factor that ensures work efficiency organizations The realization of the potential of any organization depends on knowledge, competence, qualifications, discipline, motivation, ability to solve any problems, readiness for learning working staff and management. Therefore, the personnel policy for the effective employment of employees is a component of the entire management and production activities of the organization and is aimed at effective selection of personnel, their adaptation, training, etc retraining according to the goals of the organization. It is emphasized that in organizations should develop measures designed to develop mechanisms for preserving personnel potential, which will contribute to the stimulation of the staff's activity in order to get the organization out of the crisis state. The key approaches to determining personnel policy in the organization's management are described, which determine the effect of the mechanism on its activity itself. The sequence of actions to ensure the personnel policy for the effective work of the organization with the provision of a high level of employee productivity has been demonstrated. It has been established that an in-depth study of the personnel policy system for the effective work of the organization should ensure the effective formation and comprehensive development of human capital with an individual approach to its employees.
