Abstract

Essence and features of process of skilled politics of enterprises of connection are considered. The analysis of methods of estimation of personnel is conducted. Economic, social and psychological effects of the estimation of personnel are exposed. The features of motivation of workers of enterprises of connection are educed. Directions of improvement of skilled politics of enterprises of connection by means of non-material motivation are proposed.
