Abstract

The article examines the key problems and prospects of the institutional development of information and communication technology enterprises of Ukraine, which acquires special relevance in the conditions of high competition and economic instability of the current market relationship in Ukraine. The purpose of the article was to study and investigate the key problems and prospects of the institutional development of information and communication technology enterprises of Ukraine in the current conditions. In the research have been used general scientific and special research methods, the main of which were: methods of system analysis; generalization and scientific abstraction - to study the level of readiness of enterprises for changes in management in the direction of institutional development; synthesis and comparison - for the study of the domestic ICT market. In the research have been considered and defined the main problems of the institutional development of ICT enterprises are considered, taking into account the complex nature of the influence of macro factors on the development of sectors of the national economy, as well as with the help of a comprehensive analysis of the state-level institution from the standpoint of the formation of the environment for the functioning of economic entities. The research methodology also includes the analysis of scientific literature, the diagnosis of challenges and problems of the institutional development of ICT enterprises, and the construction of graphs for data and analysis research visualization. The key goals of the development and implementation of the global policy of institutional development of ICT enterprises in the context of the development and implementation of the global policy of institutional development, state regulation and support of these enterprises have been identified and substantiated. It was determined that the successful and accelerated institutional development of the ICT sector of Ukraine as a strategically important element of the national economy will significantly minimize the risk of lagging behind the developed countries of the world, will meet the needs of social and economic development of society, will ensure national information security and state defense, harmonious development of the main components of the information and communication infrastructure at the level not only of the region, but also of the country as a whole.
