Development of creative potential of enterprise employees

Abstract
The article considers the theoretical and methodological aspects of using a creative approach to management, reveals the need to use methods to enhance the creative potential of employees of telecommunications enterprises. The essence and basic mechanisms of creativity, creative worker and ways of its formation are considered, the characteristic of methods of activization of creative potential of employees of telecommunication enterprises is carried out, the offers concerning directions of improvement of methods of activization of creative potential of telecommunication enterprises are stated.
