The financial strategy and its role in the organization's management system

Abstract

The article adresses to the essence of the financial strategy and its role in the system of an organisation’s strategic management. The substantiation of its place and importance in in the organization's development management and economic security is viewed. The approaches of various authors to the definition of financial strategy concept are generalized and systematized. The features of the organisation’s financial strategy structure are disclosed. The main goals and composition of each component of the financial strategy are considered.
