Abstract

In the article, based on the methodology of mathematical modeling and the basic principles of computer science, the system, which makes modelling and predicts the development of closed craniocerebral injuries in humans, was proposed. A feature of this model - is considering the displacement factor of internal brain tissues over time. Structurally, the system has several interconnected separate modules, some of which can be used separately, for example, to analyze the development of brain tumors. This fact gives the developed model a certain universality and hardware independence. The work details the process of processing and analyzing images of computed tomography of the brain at the algorithmic level. A three-dimensional model (skull, brain, hematomas) was constructed, considering the possible displacement of brain tissues over time. A certain analysis of the functioning of the model was carried out, which can significantly help neurosurgeons in quick decision-making regarding surgical intervention.
