Legal aspects of using cloud technologies

Abstract

This article defines the term "cloud computing". The operation of this technology is close to the scope of government regulation, but to date no specific rules and regulations have been created to address the problems associated with the use of cloud technologies. The use of cloud technology requires collaboration between government, industry and private users. The issues of interaction between the service provider and the user are outlined.
