Influence of the border of fission of a fiber-shell on the distribution of waves in light guide

Abstract
The presented results of calculations of measurement of the constant propagation of light waves, taking into account the fiber-shell boundary for smooth changes of the boundary, taking into account its roughness for flat streams.
As calculations show, changes of constant propagation will be significant only in plane waveguides and minimal in cylindrical ones because the last directed radiation along the waveguide will be more smooth. The relative change caused by the roughness of the boundary decreases with the increase in frequency, because when the frequency is increased, the waveguide with the given value of roughness is perceived as more smooth.
