Dynamic information indicators for assessing the quality of intelligent systems

Abstract

The article deals with the essence of the concept of the quality of the work of intellectual systems and how to use dynamic information indicators of an intellectual system, which is an element of a complex organizational and technical system. As a result of the literature analysis, the basic ideas of the information approach for estimating dynamic information indicators in other areas were found. The conditions for the possibility of applying these ideas to the case of determining the quality of the work of intellectual systems under critical conditions are shown. It is shown that reorganization is a case of automation of decision making, and self-organization is a case of automatic decision-making. The mathematical modeling of the estimation of dynamic indicators of intellectual systems during reorganization or self-organization is considered. Presented are mathematical expressions for determining dynamic indicators and ways of forming information criteria from them that provide a practical opportunity to assess the quality of management of intelligent systems, taking into account the loss of information during the dynamics of changes in operating conditions of intelligent systems. The recommendations for measuring dynamic indicators of intelligent systems for minimizing the error are presented. The cases of application of mathematical models of dynamic information indicators of the intellectual system are considered.
